Cas Taylor is a Property Manager who helps individuals and families that come to Compass. With several years of management experience, she also holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. She’s currently working on obtaining her Bachelors in Human Resource and Workforce Development, with a minor in Accounting. Aside from being an exemplary member of the staff at Compass, she says she also enjoys being an awesome person outside of work as well. Her spare time is best spent going to the lake, hiking, rollerblading, and binge-watching Harry Potter and Star Wars. She also spends time with her family “when the mood strikes”, but enjoys quiet evenings alone at home. A believer in integrity, optimism, and leading with character, she says that the characteristics that make you unique are the things that define your spirit.
