Henry McCool, Director of maintenance, directly oversees the maintenance department of Compass. He is Lead-Based Paint Certified, has his EPA certification, and is a Veteran of the Navy. He’s been with Compass since 2005 and says that he especially loves helping the elderly and people with low income get into better quality housing. He’s passionate about his family, faith, and the Dallas Cowboys. Henry and his wife have 3 kids, 9 grandkids, and one “bossy sissy”–a two pound Chihuahua. He loves the quote by Orrin Woodward, “Average leaders raise the bar on themselves ; good leaders raise the bar for others ; great leaders inspire others to raise their own bar”.
