Paul McCollum works as a Homeownership Coordinator and Project Manager for Compass. He helps clients through the home-qualifying process and oversees the construction of their new home. Over the years of working with Compass he’s helped many families achieve homeownership. The best part of his job, he says, is handing homeowners the keys to their new home. He’s passionate about this work and loves helping people reach their goals.  When he’s not busy working, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and working on projects around the house. He’s been married to his wife, Pam, for over 40 years. Paul and Pam are members of the Rye Hill Baptist Church. Together they have three grown children, three grandchildren, and an Australian Shepard named Bossy, because he is.
