Sarah Edwards works as Controller and financial managers for Compass’ day to day operations. She also works in finance managing the Fort Smith Housing Authority. A graduate of University of Arkansas, Sarah graduated Cum Laude and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. She has been on our staff for nearly 5 years. Working with Compass, she finds validation in knowing that they change the course of someone’s life for the better by helping them live a better quality of life. Sarah likes traveling, cooking, reading, and watching her kids play sports. She’s passionate about her family and spending time with them. Sarah aspires to be the kind of person to lift others up and encourage them through kind words, actions, or gifts. She and her husband, Zach, have four children and attend the Immaculate Conception Parish church in Fort Smith.
