Darrin Bercher works as General Contractor for Compass and has been on staff for over a decade. It’s his job to oversee construction activities and project managers. Darrin bids and estimates jobs, provides oversight for project managers, and works in invoicing and collections. Darrin has worked on everything from small home renovations to million dollar remodels. A HOME Certified, Lead Based paint renovator, GACO Roof installer, He has experience in both commercial and residential projects and is a Licensed Commercial General Contractor in Arkansas, Heavy equipment operator, Real estate investor, rental property owner and manager. He loves providing quality homes and being a part of the Compass team. Darrin believes in giving 100% in everything he does. He’s passionate about his faith, family, and friends. Outside of work, Darrin loves spending time outdoors: summers at the lake, off-roading with all terrain vehicles, golfing and camping. Married for over a decade to his wife, Crystal Bercher, the couple have one child and two dogs. They own and manage rental property and an excavation company. Darrin serves as board member for HOME Church, along with being on the worship team.
